Bulk payment funding via email
This is a legacy method. Use Vitesse online to submit funding instructions instead. For more information, see Funding instructions.
Bulk payment funding via email allows you to allocate funds across multiple Vitesse accounts using a remittance file.
Follow the steps below carefully to avoid delays or misallocation. If you are unsure which SSI or UI Code to use, contact Support before initiating the transfer.
Prepare the remittance file
- Create a remittance file in MS Excel.
- Structure the file using the following columns:

CCY – the funding currency

Amount – the allocation amount per account

UI – the Funding Reference (UI Code)

Vitesse Acct – the destination Vitesse account name

- Ensure that all accounts and the transfer funds use the same currency.
- Include a TOTAL row equal to the sum of all Amount values.
- Confirm the TOTAL matches the bank transfer amount exactly.
Notify Vitesse
- Email Support and state:
- The total amount you will transfer
- The expected transfer date
- Attach the completed remittance file.
Instruct the payment
- Send the total amount to the correct Vitesse bank account.
Contact Support for omnibus account details. - Include “BULK PYMT SEE EMAIL” in the payment reference.
If sending funds via SWIFT, select OUR as the fee type. This ensures Vitesse receives the full funding amount without deductions.
If the remittance file is missing, incorrect, or ambiguous, Vitesse will place the funds in an Unapplied Funds account until resolved. If the expected funds do not appear in your Vitesse account, contact us immediately so we can investigate and correctly allocate the fund.
