Cancel a payment

You can only cancel a payment if its status is Initiated, Input Needed, or Pending.

  1. Select Payments to open the Payments list.
  2. In the Actions column, next to the relevant payment, select .
  3. Select Cancel payment.
  4. Select a Reason for cancelling the payment.
  5. If required, enter additional Details.
  6. Select OK to cancel the payment.

After you cancel a payment, it appears as Cancelled in the Payments list. No further action is taken, and the recipient can no longer use the payment link.
