Insights: Account Health

The Account Health tab on the Insights dashboard highlights accounts that may require attention based on runway projections, payment activity, balance levels, and funding behaviour.

Accounts are grouped into three categories to help prioritise operational review. Selecting a category displays a list of affected accounts.

Critical

Accounts requiring immediate review, which may include:

  • Accounts nearing fund depletion – accounts likely to run out of funds within a week
  • Accounts with recurring low balances – accounts that frequently hold less than 20% of the target balance
  • Accounts with insufficient funds issues – accounts that have experienced at least one payment failure owing to insufficient funds

Use these indicators to prioritise funding actions and reduce the risk of failed payments.

Warning

Accounts showing unusual funding behaviour, which may include:

  • Accounts trending toward low funds – accounts spending funds faster than usual
  • Accounts with unusual funding* – accounts receiving unexpected funding patterns
  • Accounts with frequent funding* – accounts requiring repeated replenishment

Use these indicators to understand which accounts require closer monitoring or adjustments to funding processes.

Monitor

Accounts that may require observation but are not currently at risk, which may include:

  • Accounts with low activity – accounts with limited recent payment activity
  • Accounts with high balances – accounts with significantly higher balances relative to spending
  • Accounts recently funded* – accounts that have received recent funding

Use these indicators to identify accounts where you may need to review funding levels or usage patterns.
