Insights: Account Health

The Account Health tab on the Insights dashboard highlights accounts that may require attention based on runway projections, payment activity, balance levels, and funding behaviour.

Accounts are grouped into three categories to help prioritise operational review. Select a category to display the affected accounts.

Critical

The Critical category highlights accounts requiring immediate attention.

• Accounts nearing fund depletion – accounts projected to exhaust their available funds within a week
• Accounts with recurring low balances – accounts that frequently hold less than 20% of their target balance
• Accounts with insufficient funds issues – accounts that have experienced one or more payment failures resulting from insufficient funds

Use these indicators to prioritise funding actions and reduce the risk of failed payments.

Warning

The Warning category highlights accounts requiring investigation or proactive funding adjustments.

• Accounts trending toward low funds – accounts projected to reach low funding levels based on recent spending patterns

• Accounts with unusual funding* – accounts with funding patterns that differ from expected behaviour
• Accounts with frequent funding* – accounts requiring repeated replenishment

Use these indicators to identify which accounts may require funding adjustments or further investigation.

Monitor

The Monitor category highlights accounts to observe for changes in activity or funding.

• Accounts with low activity – accounts with limited recent payment activity
• Accounts with high balances – accounts holding significantly higher balances than recent spending levels require
• Accounts recently funded* – accounts that have received recent funding

Use these indicators to review funding levels and confirm that account activity matches expected usage.
