Use MAS to open and update an account, and control access to your account structure.

Vitesse validates all account requests by telephone call.

Open an account

For FCP accounts, see FCP account application.

To open a non-FCP account:

  1. Email Support with:
    • Account type (standard, funding, or payment).
  2. Complete and return the account application form provided.
    Vitesse processes the request and confirms when the account is available.

Manage account access

To add or remove a user’s account access:

  • Email Support with:
    • Account name
    • User name
    • Whether to add or remove access
      Vitesse processes the request and confirms when it is complete.

Update the broker on an account

To update the account if the broker changes:

  • Email Support with:
    • Replace: Old broker name
    • Update to: New broker name
    • Affected accounts
      Vitesse processes the request and confirms when it is complete.

Vitesse can provide training for new brokers.

Close an account

Before submitting a request:

  • Ensure the account balance is zero
  • Void any uncashed cheques (see Voiding cheques)
  • Move or withdraw any remaining funds

To close an account:

  • Email Support with:
    • Account name
    • Whether to retain the account for reporting purposes.
      Vitesse processes the request and confirms when it is complete.
