Manage account access

Use Administration > Account Access to manage which users can access accounts.

You can:

  • Assign users to accounts
  • Remove users from accounts
  • View which users have access to each account

Individual accounts

Individual accounts belong to your organisation.

Assign users to give them access. Remove users to revoke access.

Partner accounts

Partner accounts belong to another organisation and are shared through a Service.

You can:

  • View accounts shared with your organisation
  • Assign your users to those accounts
  • Remove your users from those accounts

You can only assign users within your entity, and only to accounts included in the Service.

Audit

All access changes are recorded and available on request.

Legacy accounts

If a paired account is selected, the platform displays a warning. The administrator must select Accept and continue to apply the access settings across all linked accounts.
