Cancel payment request

Cancels the payment request with the specified ID in the Vitesse Platform.

A cancellation reason ID returned from the following endpoint: https://api.staging.vitessepsp.com/api/cancellationReasons

Explains the reason for cancelling the payment request. The description must be from 15 to 256 characters long.
